What's included in my order?
Each order comes with a plastic bag containing the bricks required for assembly, as well as an easy-to-follow instruction manual.
Is there a digital instruction manual available?
Yes! If you need a digital version of the instructions, feel free to contact us, and we will provide it upon request.
What should I do if there are missing or broken bricks?
We apologize for the inconvenience! If you're experiencing this issue, please follow these steps:
- Double-check the contents of the bag to ensure no pieces are misplaced.
- Mark the missing or broken pieces on the instruction manual and take clear photos of it.
- Send these images, along with your order number, to our support email at info.snapittogether@gmail.com.
Once we receive your information, we will investigate the case and either send you the missing pieces or issue a refund. We’re very sorry for the trouble and appreciate your understanding!
Shipping
Do you provide worldwide shipping?
Yes, we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
How long does shipping take?
For worldwide orders, shipping typically takes up to 20 calendar days. Please keep in mind that processing your order takes 1-2 days before it is shipped. We strive to ship orders on time and as fast as possible!
Can I track the shipping?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Can I change the shipping address?
You can change the shipping address only if the order has not yet been shipped (in other cases it is not possible). Please note that we are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided during the ordering process.
I did not receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
If you haven't received an order confirmation, it could be due to the following reasons:
- The email address provided was incorrect.
- The confirmation email may have gone to your spam folder.
- The order was successfully placed, but a system error prevented the confirmation email from being sent.
Please double-check your email and contact us if necessary.
Returns
What is the duration of the return policy?
Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction. In case of any issues or dissatisfaction, all our products come with a 30-day return policy. You can return the product within 30 days of receiving it. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period.
How do I return the order?
To return a product, please follow these steps:
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
- Seal the package properly.
- Contact us via email to request a return, and we will provide all the necessary information on where and how to send the product.
- Once the order has been shipped back and we receive the returned item, we will process your refund.

Is it possible to cancel the order?
You can cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. Simply contact us, and we will assist you in canceling the order. In other cases, you will need to return the order after receiving it, and we will process the return once we have it back.
